Clear Creek Educational Village

Plumbing installation related to ``A First of its Kind Texas Campus`` encompassing a new High School, Intermediate School, and Elementary School with a Commons Area Kitchen & Cafeteria. 750,000 sq ft on 144 Acres. Construction included an auditorium, BioTech Lab, Info-Tech Lab, Pharmacy Tech Lab, CTE.

The 144-acre Clear Creek Education Village is a one-of-a-kind concept that combines a comprehensive high school, intermediate school, and elementary school on a single campus. It is the first campus in Texas to integrate school facilities and connect them all. Although the schools are on the same property and share certain facilities, they will operate separately.

Klein High School #5 - Klein Cain HS

HVAC and Plumbing infrastructure related to this 441,870 sqft educational high school institution. The school includes athletic facilities, auditorium, natatorium, and vocational facilities—future regional headquarters for Samsung Engineering.

Klein Cain HS, the school, known as High School #5, is one of the largest schools in the Houston area, with 3,500 students. It sits on an 83-acre plot of land between Cutten Road and Spring Cypress Road. The new school houses students who previously attended Klein High or Klein Oak High School.

University of Texas Medical Branch Clinical Services is a 765,000 square-foot hospital. Their facilities offer Clinical and Anatomical Pathology services to UTMB Clinic and Hospitals, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ), and other government organizations and physicians.

Katy ISD Legacy Stadium & Field House

Legacy Stadium has a seating capacity to hold 12,000 fans, host many sporting and community events, and feature all of the anticipated perks, such as club-level seating. The stadium is 42 acres and boasts a display scoreboard that is 26 feet wide and a 171-foot long end zone ribbon board.

Harris County Civil Court Building

Plumbing for 17 story courthouse tower serving the approximate 4 million residents of Harris County. The building houses 39 courtrooms and all support services. The project finished ahead of schedule, and no significant warranty calls were made on the work CFI Mechanical performed.

This award-winning courthouse is a neo-classical six-story building with a prominent clerestory dome and roof. It occupies a whole city block in the oldest part of downtown Houston, near Allen’s Landing, known as Courthouse Square. The location and structure have played an essential role in the development of Houston and Harris County.

The new spaces are structured to enable groups of two or more students to collaborate, meet, work on computers, and organize activities.

Harris Co. Health Systems - The Smith Clinic

HVAC & Plumbing for 5 story facility with more than 100 exam rooms, houses diagnostic and specialty clinics, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, ultrasound diagnostics, Radiation Therapy Center, Smith Breast Center, Smith Infusion Therapy Clinic, Smith Diagnostic Imaging Department, and Smith Oncology Clinic.

The Smith Clinic facility allows Harris Health System to extend its healthcare delivery system, improve patient access to facilities, reduce wait times, focus on preventative treatment, and serve more residents in the community. The clinic’s $61 million structure has over 100 exam rooms and provides general surgery, obstetrics, pediatrics, and oncology services.

National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing

Texas A&M University’s National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing provides trainees, faculty, academics, and industry partners with an engaging learning atmosphere. The modular and versatile clinical manufacturing platforms in the 104,000 square foot bioprocess wing will accommodate all aspects of scientific drug products, including vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, cellular and gene therapies therapeutics.

Market Square Tower

A downtown residential high rise at 502 feet with 40 floors and 463 apartments. The building is noted for a glass-bottom pool that protrudes from the side of the building at the top, known as the Sky Pool, which cantilevers about 10 feet over the edge.

Market Square Tower in Houston’s historic district, next to Market Square Park, is a 40-story multi-family building with a diverse range of unit sizes and an unrivaled range of facilities and services. Two pools are available at the facility. One is on the second floor and has a view of Market Square Park. The second pool is located on the 40th floor and extends 8 feet from the building’s face. Swimmers who are brave enough can gaze down 40 stories to the sidewalk below.

MD Anderson Center for Targeted Therapy - CTT

Mechanical infrastructure related to this 250,000 sq. ft. Medical Facility. The project included a cyclotron, vivarium, clinical treatment areas, and biomedical research laboratories.

The first floor of MD Anderson Center for Targeted Therapy is an area that nurtures both social experiences and learning. This vision includes versatile, structured, and casual learning environments that promote peer-to-peer engagement. Tiered and virtual classrooms with modular cluster seating and distance learning capability and multimedia resource center for skills training are all housed in South Campus Research Building 3, a six-story research laboratory.
