Plumbing installation related to "A First of its Kind Texas Campus" encompassing a new High School, Intermediate School, and Elementary School with a Commons Area Kitchen & Cafeteria. 750,000 sq ft on 144 Acres. Construction included an auditorium, BioTech Lab, Info-Tech Lab, Pharmacy Tech Lab, CTE. The 144-acre Clear Creek Education Village is a one-of-a-kind concept that combines a comprehensive high school, intermediate school, and elementary school on a single campus. It is the first campus in Texas to integrate school facilities and connect them all. Although the schools are on the same property and share certain facilities, they will operate separately.
